Good location at hongdae. Room are big enough for family with young children.

The lift is too slow. When we check out at 12pm we waited for 25mins to get into the lift.

Wonderful

Clean, convenient with modern design, excellent location. We even received a nice welcome gift for new year. Wonderful experience.

Just want to suggest that the hotel should provide slippers instead of only flip flops. And if the toilet door is not transparent, the bathroom can be better utilized. This is important when there are more than one guest staying.

Excellent hotel with very comfortable beds. Book a high floor to enjoy the view and sunsets.

Very plush and comfortable beds. Lovely staff. Great fashion shops and cafes in the area. Hongdae is a young university area but for those of us 25+ there’s lots of fantastic bar and restaurant options walking distance away. Recommend staying at RYSE if you enjoying exploring an area by foot.

Beautifully designed hotel with very friendly staff! Would recommend this hotel.

The room was very spacious and it was beautifully designed. I think it's one of the best designed hotel layout I've ever been.

I personally don't like the area as it's too crowded but I have no complaints about the hotel and its service.

Fantastic service and support from the staff. Upon request provided a maximum quiet room. Was worried about room temp as the cold setting for aircon is turned off during winter, but with the heating setting off our room stayed at 22-23 degrees which was great.

Wonderful

Speaker in the room comes as pleasant surprise! See through glass wall toilet and shower designs are a wonderfull add-on to already spacious room. You can overlook the city from the shower! 17th floor view was amazing and the room was very spacious to relax in after a long day, hotel is easy to reach with a taxi from the airport as well. The staff is quick to help deal with and organise a reservation and a taxi for a restaurant!

Although the view was amazing I was slightly disturbed by hotel windows being dirty on the outside, however it is less disturbing during the night because it is not as visible. Was not able to get sheets changed at late hours, but it is understandable.

Very clean modern big space with central Hongdae access.

Room were spacious. We enjoyed the couch lounge area, the bed, the modern design of the hotel room, the restroom. The hotel was very much conveniently located in the center of Hongdae which was a bonus. The hotel staff were all nice!

Need a bigger gym area. Wished the tv was a smart tv for possibly YouTube access.

Lovely Vibe!

I love the size of the room with a sofa and comfortable size of the table. The bathroom is "beautiful". Everything in the room gave me a very different feeling of a hotel. i love that the floor is not carpeted. Definitely to be back again. Thank you.
